- All time periods are 8 a.m. to midnight unless stated otherwise.
- Rental Fee includes normal supervision, standard utilities, and move in/out time maximum of 6 hours (as available). Move in/out time will immediately precede and follow event session reserved. Additional move in/out time will be at a rate of $100 per hour-maximum $1000 for 10 consecutive hours. All additional services, equipment, and personnel are considered tenant expenses as listed in the services and equipment schedule.
- Nonprofit rate is available to groups with a current Utah State tax exempt number.
- No food or beverage may be sold or distributed without prior written approval of the McKay Events Center management.
- Settlement: All events are subject to complete settlement of expenses, including set up fee, clean up fee, and labor and utility charges listed in the services and equipment schedule.
- Negotiable Rates: The Director may negotiate rental rates when deemed in the best interest of the McKay Events Center and/or Utah Valley State College. Consideration will include, but is not limited to, multiple day use, time of year, and national or regional exposure value of the event for the McKay Events Center and/or Utah Valley State College. The Director may also negotiate a flat rate rental which includes therein all or part of operation expenses for the event.
- All novelty sales are subject to the following: 30% commission (minimum after 6.25% sales tax). This includes a supervisor, sellers, and a minimum of 2 locations with set up.
